Problems Logging In?

Invalid User ID
You may have mistyped your Login ID, which is your Agent ID (RIO/OMS) if you are a call center agent or it may be an incorrect Login ID. Please check that you have typed your Login ID correctly.

If you are a call center agent, your ID is provided in the registration confirmation email you received after registering. All others, please contact Reward Headquarters for your Login ID at 1-800-601-8530.

You must input a correct Login ID and click "Forgot Your Password"? to display the reset password page.

You may try to input the correct password three times before the system will block further attempts to login for 30 minutes. You may attempt another log in after 30 minutes or you may reset your password.

Resetting Your Password
After clicking the "Forgot Your Password" link, you have two options available to reset your password.
  1. Click the Reset Password button, and a new password will be emailed to the email address on file for your Login ID . The new password email should arrive within approximately 10 minutes. Use this temporary password to log into the site. You will be required to change your password during the log in process.
  2. You may answer the personal questions you set up at registration or under My Profile > Change Password to reset your password immediately.
